Students accept fall athletic awards

by Ryan Condon Fall season student athletes received varsity letters and athletic awards during the Fall Sports Awards Ceremony Monday at 6p.m. in the auditorium. Coaches and captains gave thanks to parents, coaches, students and the athletic administration, as well as describing the team’s season.

Model United Nations members receive awards at Brown University conference

by Kristina Zagame This weekend, the Model United Nations club participated in its first conference of the year at Brown University, and three members won awards. Ten Model U.N. members and other high school students from around the world participated in a debate lead by current Brown students, according to secretary-general Gabe Dreyer.

School adopts Keys to Success incentive program

Football awards acknowledge standout players

by Jacob Schwartz After every football game this season, players will take a knee and listen to their coaches explain to them what went right and what went wrong at that competition. However, if the Tigers win that day, there is an added bonus, according to senior Mike Bradley, a captain with seniors Pat Bryson, Brendan Fagan and Swardiq Mayanja.

Teachers, alumni win Understanding Our Differences awards

History teacher Susan Wilkins wins Meserve award

Student wins medal at international diving competition

by Samantha Libraty Sophomore Gracia Leydon-Mahoney recently competed in two national and international diving competitions. Leydon-Mahoney competed in the U.S.A. Senior Diving Nationals in August where she received a silver medal for the 10-meter platform competition. She was one of the youngest competitors there.
