Junior Kavish Gandhi is in the regional finals of the Siemens Competition which awards scholarships of up to $100,000 for talent in science, math and technology in high schools throughout the nation. At the China Girls Mathematical Olympiad, an annual competition held this past summer from July 28 through August 3 in Shenzhen, China, Chen received a bronze medal.
