The golf team took another step towards the state tournament Tuesday at Braeburn Country Club with a convincing win over Framingham.
“The weather was very rainy but we just hung in there the whole time” said sophomore Charlie Goldberg, a captain. “I think the other team gave in just a little bit, and that helped us pull it out.”
Now with a 6-4 record, the team needs one more win out of its next four matches to qualify for the tournament. “We did everything right to be able to win, and it was a good win, now we’re one step closer to the tournament,” said Goldberg.
