Freshman girls’ soccer, 1-8-5, ended its season Friday, Oct. 26 with a loss at Framingham.
“The best thing about the season was the games in general and seeing friends from other towns at games,” said Ruby Mayer, a captain with Crisitina Galvagno and Maddie Griswold. “The toughest part was the time commitment.”
Coach Allegra Atkinson enjoyed “bonding as a team and seeing the improvement of each player throughout the season.”
The team struggled with offense, according to Atkinson.
“We struggled with keeping possession in the offensive end as well as keeping pressure on the keeper when shots were on goal,” she said.
