For a team that only practices twice a week, alpine skiing has made progress, accoring to senior Katie Regan, a captain with senior Parker Veroff.
“I think that everyone’s technique has improved and everyone’s times are getting better in general,” Regan said.
Regan and junior Mark Vrahas qualified for the State Tournament at Wachusett Mountain Tuesday, Feb. 28.
The team hopes to add more practices for next year in order to improve overall performance, according to Veroff.
“Our goals should be to have more kids in the top 20,” Regan said.
Next year’s captains are to be decided.
