This school will host the Just Think: Teens Making Smart Choices expo tomorrow during all three lunches and X-block in the cafeteria.
According to PTSO president Sally Brickell, the goal of the expo is to “provide information on resources for teens, encourage smart choices, think about and take responsibility for choices and provide a moment of reflection on the number of like-minded teens.”
There will be several exhibitors at the expo, including The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, A Promise to Adam, In-Control Driving, Mentors in Violence Prevention, Multiservice Eating Disorders Association, National Association on Mental Illness, Newton Athletes Serving the Community, Newton Free Library, Newton Police Department, Newton Teen Center at the West Suburban YMCA and Riverside Community Care.
Many exhibitors will give away prizes and candy.
