Ligerbots place seventh in regional competition

Club hosts dance showcase to raise money for cancer research

by Amanda Hills This school’s Team Pulling Against Cancer Together (Team P.A.C.T.) club will be hosting a dance showcase Friday, May 18 in the cafeteria to raise money for the American Cancer Society (ACS), according to senior Hannah Stubblefield, an officer with senior Danielle Wasson.

Principal addresses recent threat to school

by Amanda Hills Thursday during the school-wide anti-bullying lesson, principal Jennifer Price made an announcement over the loudspeaker, informing students and faculty about a student who “recently posted a threatening statement to our school on Facebook about Transgender Bisexual Gay Lesbian Awareness Day,” which was last Wednesday, she said in the announcement.

Ligerbots compete in first meet of the season

Math team has successful season

Administration chooses student union design competition winner

English teacher and librarian Kevin McGrath noted that Bromberg’s design was chosen because it seated the right number of students, its furniture was cohesive with the library’s and it was practical for the custodians to clean.
